We, Zhejiang Pioneer Machinery& Electron Co. Ltd. is founded in September 2004, located in Jinhua, Zhejiang, China. Currently we have more than 600 employees in our factory covers more than 80,000 square meters totally.
We have a full range of different gasoline chainsaw and brush cutter of various sizes. In the passed three years, we have taken part in around 10 projects of the national and the province. For example, in 2008, we have carried out meet the EU-II emissions requirements for chainsaw industrialization, which is taken as one of the National Torch Plan projects by the ministry of science and technology of China.
To focus on the future prospects of national defense military equipment, we started developing outboard engine branded SEA-TEC, POWER-TEC TITAN in 2008, and now we have different sizes from 3HP to 60HP available. Most of them are popular in different countries, with their outstanding characteristics such as light weight, high power, large displacement, good durability, low-fuel consumption and so on.

We now are committed to a long-term cooperation relationship with the general armaments department and scientific research department in 2011. We developed some special outboard machines with high-performance, workable under the special environment such as the sediment waters plateau climate etc. As a good beginning to cooperate with the second general armaments department of PLA, we have been honored as the main testing base of outboard engine in Jinhua, in 2011.

In 2009, we set up a research and development center. There are more than 40 engineers working, and most of them are experienced in this field for years. With the advanced equipments, such as the processing center, the gold-like analyzer, the spectrum analyzer, the roughness tester, the CNC turning,milling, the EDM machining center, the electricity eddy current dynamometer and others. We got more than 85 authorized patents covered different models of chainsaw, brush cutter and outboard engines, also we are applying for more than 50 patents (and 16 of them are accepted by the institution already and ready to be approved finally). Also, the CAD / CEA / CAM technology is aided to product design, supporting analysis and aided manufacturing etc. All of them ensure our products well-accepted in the different countries, such as Germany, the UK, Spain, Italy, Argentina, Brazil, Japan and Singapore etc.

We are striving to improve quality continuously, design innovation constantly and establish brand persistently, to manufacture more new products with first-class quality with better after-sell service in near future.
