Zhejiang Pengsheng Stationery Co., Ltd located in Quzhou, Zhejiang Province, where situated on the borders between Zhejiang, Fujian and Anhui Provinces. Our company is a new pattern enterprise which was established in 2009 and specialized in the research, production and sale of plastic pencils. We are cooperating with Zhejiang University of Technology to research and develop the new production technology. We have advanced production facilities and good processing environment, possess 20 production lines at present.
