Our company is a specialized enterprise which manufacturing and processing of power station steam turbine and high-tech power-generating parts turbine rotors, exhaust tanks, vapor locks with high accuracy. In which we undertake 227 pcs Siemens NK63/71/0 600, 000 feed pump rotor, 8 pcs 100, 0000 KW feed pump steam turbine and also do the rotor of blade groove. Succeed in cooperating with Kato engineering inc., also have 196 rotors for export.Our company took over the order of high and middle pressure, 27 pcs low pressure rotors of 250000KW and 500000KW of the company BHEL India, and this project has been highly appreciated. We also undertake the machining for high and middle pressure, low pressure rotors such as 135000KW, 200000KW and 300000KW , also processing the rotor of blade groove, totally 200 rotors for Harbin Steam Turbine Plant Ltd and Shanghai Steam Turbine Plant Ltd. At present, we have important large numerically controlled horizontal-type lathes and numerically controlled boring and have over 50 units of universal devices , Now 25 sets of CNC 840D machinery is purchased. The Siemens technology of Canada can lead to higher production capacity when it complete, which can produce various of large-scale equipment parts and high-precision-products, also we have seventeen high precision measuring instrument(class �¼) imported from America and all classes of professional and tech talents who can operate the numerical control equipments.
