With CAD/CAE technical support and summarization of many years’ successful design experience, we are not only able to manufacture products according to the drawing or the sample provided by customers, but also able to develop products by ourselves to meet the customers’ performance and fixing dimension demand and we can simultaneously develop products with the customers and have already obtained the successful and simultaneous development experience for many domestic and oversea customers. We own such laboratories with advanced equipments as water pump performance lab、durability lab、high/low temperature lab、flow lab、vibration lab. Postdoctor flow station was approved by national ministry of personnel in May, 2006. We have established research and develop center together with Shanghai Jiaotong University, Zhenzhou University, Xi’an University of Technology and Henan University of Science & Technology. New products are developed according to APQP management procedure stipulated by ISO/TS16949. We can apply QFD、DOE and DFMEA to analyze the product defects. In recent years, contribution rate of new products per year reaches to more than 30% with R&D ability enhancing. Lead time for water pump is generally 30 to 60 days, for exhaust manifold generally 30 to 45days, for intake manifold generally 40 to 60 days Engineers are proficient in designing products with all kinds of CAD softwares such as AUTOCAD、PRO/E、UG、CIMATRON etc. We have special analysis engineers to analyze FEA and CFD for products to optimize the product design with all kinds of CAE softwares. The company attaches much importance to quality management, and gained ISO/TS16949 international quality system certificate granted by BSI Corporation in 2003, and ISO14001 environment certificate and OHSAS18001 certificate in 2007, which make company management promoted continuously. The company adopts three coordinates tester and Swiss height gauge to inspect items precisely, and utilizes direct-reading spectrograph metallography analyzer and universal material tester to carry out physical and chemical performance test, which greatly enhance precision and speed of product physical and chemical inspection and warrant product quality effectively.
