Our company is located in the high tech development zone, Xi'an City, mainly producing high-grade insulation materials, including F grade, H grade, C grade magnetic sheet and magnetic slot wedge, insulation board, aluminum base copper-clad plate, insulating tube, rod, paint, mica tape and low-grade old type insulating material, as well as high voltage capacitor, capacitor voltage transformer, lightning arrester and reactor.
There are experts graduated from Harbin Institute of Electrical, Xi'an Jiaotong University and professors from Xi'an Jiaotong University, NPU, Northwestern University to do technical support, ensuring the advanced technology. Our strict management is "person, machine, material, method, check", ensuring the continuity and stability of product quality. Automated assembly line improves the efficiency and reduces the cost. Our product price is lower than the domestic and foreign counterparts. Xi'an has lead in all directions of traffic network, to ensure the delivery on time.
Our company covers an area of about 5,000 square meters, a construction area of about 2,200 square meters. There are four factories: namely the magnetic board factory, insulation materials factory, high voltage electrical appliance factory and insulations and slot wedge processing factory, with the general manager responsibility system under the leadership of the branch. We have main equipment of reactor, gluing machine, large-scale equipment, hot press and high vacuum impregnation equipment, more than 50 sets. Our annual production is 360 tons of magnetic plate, 240 tons of insulating plates and 80 tons of resin paint needs.
Our enterprise was founded in 2006. In 2007 we were identified as "the city of Xi'an high-tech enterprises" by Xi'an City Science and Technology Bureau. In February, 2008, we passed ISO9001:2000 quality management system certification.
