When you try to buy from a new supplier, supplier audit and assessment is necessary .it can help you find problems beforehand, keep away from risky supplier and protect your MONEY. Many buyers lost their money, because they did not go to their supplier&＃39;s company to check before payment.4) Follow up your order production, Do during production quality inspection After you place order, we will follow up your order production and go to your supplier&＃39;s company to do during production quality inspection to ensure good quality and timely delivery. We will randomly pick up some of the products from their production lines, then do a full inspection based on your approved sample, product specifications, Order. Take some pictures onsite and report you the finding. If any defectives products were found, we will report to you right away and follow up the correction process until it is solved finally.5) Do Pre-shipment quality inspectionWe will go to the supplier&＃39;s warehouse to do the quality inspection before container loading, randomly pick up some finished products from your order to do a complete quality inspection, then email you the finding with pictures. 6) Do container loading inspectionWhen supplier load your goods into container, We will inspect the loading process aside, take a record and pictures onsite timely, report you the finding with pictures.7) Follow up your order shipment and shipment documents makingContact your freight forwarder for your goods shipment arrangement. After goods was shipped out, We will cooperate with your freight forwarder and supplier to ensure all of the shipment documents was properly made and sent to you on time.
