 新高汽车电机厂1994年成立于无锡市洛社，专业生产汽车柴油机配套用交流发电机.拥有员工120余人，其中专业技术人员21名。配备汽车发
电机专业生产设备57套，年生产能力20万台客车用大功率发电机。工厂于2009年通过TS16949质量体系认证.在客车大功率发电机生产方面掌握多
项自主核心技术，现生产全系列通用互换国际通用型的电机总成及零配件。
     2000年工厂瞄准世界客车提档升级,以打造客车大功率发电机知名民族品牌为己任，学习借鉴佩特来和博世成熟技术工艺，融合改进,积极创
新，经过数年的市场磨砺，在客车大功率发电机研发生产领域赢得一席之地,并不断提升成长,保持国内领先优势.2007年与上海加冷松芝空调标配
,配套份额逐年增加.其后陆续与桂林大宇客车、安凯客车、绍兴金龙、河南少林客车、上海凯希空调、苏州同创空调、扬州杰信电装空调、广州
广湛空调、东风南充内燃机等多家主机厂标配。近几年新高发电机每年都有多批次在郑州宇通、苏州金龙、聊城中通等客车厂批量装机。目前，
无锡新高电机与郑州宇通、上海申沃等厂家的标配工作正按照程序稳步推进。
    新高电机采用进口元器件，技术标准和佩特来保持一致，质保期和佩特来一致。以可靠的质量、高效的服务，合理的价格获得客户的认可，

高发电机。工厂在国内设有服务站165家，并和松芝空调售后部门联动,确保新高电机售后服务全覆盖，全天候.新高电机已出口英国（伦敦巴士）
等20多个国家和地区,年出口额千余万元.
    为适应发展需要,工厂已在工业园购置土地,2万平方新厂区正加紧建设,预计两年内迁入新厂，届时将新增设备85套，流水生产线4条，年生产
能力达到35万台，年生产总值2亿元。

  Xingao Automobile Generator Factory was found in Luoshe, Wuxi, specializing in the production of alternating-current generators used in automobile diesel engine. The 
company has more  than 120 employees, which  includes 21 professional  technical personnel. With 57 professional  automotive generators production equipment,  the  annual 
production capacity of  this  factory is 200000 sets of high-power generators used in buses. The factory has passed TS16949 Quality System Certification  in 2009 and master 
many own core technologies in bus high-power generators. Now the factory manufactures full range of generic and interchangeable international universal generator assembly 
and spare parts.
       Targeting the upgrading of the world’s buses and taking the responsibility to create a famous national brand of bus big-power generators, the factory has won a place for 
themselves in the  research and production of the bus big power generator, constantly improved and grown and maintained the domestic leading advantage after many years’ 
market anneal through learning the mature technologies from Prestolite and Bosch and conducting combination, improvement and active innovation in 2000. It began to supply 
standard  configuration  for  Shanghai  Jialeng  Songzhi Automobile Air  Conditioning  in  2007  and  the  share  was  increasing  year  by  year.  Thereafter,  it  supplied  standard 
configuration for Daewoo Bus, An Kai Bus, Shaoxing Jinlong, Henan Shaolin Bus, Shanghai Kaixi Air Conditioning, Suzhou Tongchuang Air-Conditioning, Yangzhou Jiexin 
Denso Air-Comditioning, Guangzhou Guangzhan Air  condition, Dongfeng Nanchong Combustion Engine  and many other main  engine  plants  successively.  In  the  last  few 
years, many new big-power generators have been batch installed in Zhengzhou Yutong, Suzhou Jinglong, Liaocheng Zhongtong and other bus factories. At present, the standard 
configuration operation of Wuxi Xingao Automobile Generator Factory with Zhengzhou Yutong and Shanghai SUNWIN is carried forward steadily according to procedures.
        Xingao Generator adopts imported components and its technical standard and the warranty period stays the same with Prestolite. With reliable quality, efficient service and 
reasonable price, the factory got customers’ recognition. It is designated to assemble new big power generators for over 120 bus companies’ purchased new buses, such as No.1 
and No.2 Guangzhou Bus Company, Nanjing Xincheng Bus, Anhui Liu’an Bus and Henan Xinxiang Bus and other bus companies. The  factory has 165  service  stations  in 
domestic and linked with the after-sale department of Songzhi Air Conditioning to ensure the after-sale service of Xingao Generator is full coverage and all weather. Xingao 
Generator has exported to more than 20 countries and regions, such as Britain (London Bus) and so on and the annul export volume is over 10 million Yuan.
        To adapt to the development needs, the factory has purchased land in the industrial park. A new factory of 20000 square meters is intensifying construction. It is expected 
to move into the new factory within two years. Then 85 sets of new equipment and 4 production lines will be added. The annual production capacity will reach 350000 sets and 
the annual production value will be 200 million Yuan,
