    The company invests 90,000,000 RMB to build four industrial systems that can produce 8,000 metric ton of chlorinated polyvinyl chloride resin (CPVC) per year and 5,000 metric ton of high chlorinated polyethylene (HCPE) and 5,000 metric ton of chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPE) and 5,000 metric ton of  CPVC and PVC aggregates per year.
     It can produce high quality macromolecular materials to the market. This material can effectively improve the quality of productions that is chemical building material, chemical engineering corrosion resistant pipeline and so on, decline the cost of those productions in a vast scale and effective promote the development of lower products and improvement of technology.
