Precision machining(CNC-lathes, CNC-millings, millings, drill, tap screw) When machining from bar stocks, we can cold draw or extrude the material to custom diameters or width to save on material. We can machine steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper and Nylon. Our experienced engineering team are familiar with US/UK material standards (ASTM, SAE, BS*****) and know the Chinese equivalent. We also manage surface finishing process afterwards and are familiar with passivation, nickle plating , zinc plating***** 6. Metal Stamping We have experience with metal stamping with normal stamping dies, compound dies and progressive dies. Our own engineering team often designs stamping molds in-house.
