In 1995, after the privatization and reorganization of the compressor production company &＃39;Aurida&＃39; (founded in 1959) , shareholders established 4 independent companies: &＃39;Auridos Remontas&＃39;, &＃39;Panevezio Aurida&＃39;, &＃39;Auridos Komercija&＃39;, &＃39;Auridos Detales&＃39;.All 4 companies belong to &＃39;Aurida group&＃39; now. Currently new quality management system is on process, which prospectively to be certified in 2002 in conform to ISO 9000-2000.
