Its main products covers: German type axles, American type axles, Bogie suspensions, mechanical suspensions and supplementary products.

The one-piece TND axle is made of seamless steel tube and formed by hot extrusion technology, which takes the advantage of incorporating hot spinning and military technology. This kind of technology can ensure the m e t al deforms in the axle direction. After further quenching, tempering, and hardening, strength, rigidity and fatigue life of the axle beam can be greatly improved. Our technology can reduce the risk of axle fatigue fracture which can be caused by m e t al bending and deformation when spinning.
With complete sets of advanced equipments and machines like thermoforming (patented), fatigue test, ultrasonic defect test and thickness gauge etc., our annual production output can reach 60,000 pcs.
