The Low Carb Gourmet

My company is currently doing research in the developement of a new low carbohydrate line of  food products, which will include: a low carb sweetener, a low carb thickener, sweet snacks, savory snacks, dessert and sauce mixes,  protein bars,  and baked goods. We are interested in finidng out more information about "Lo Han Kuo" and other low carbohydrate sweeteners for possible use in formulating our products and/or for sale directly as a low carb sweetener.
Could you please send us information on Lo Han Kuo (or any other sutible sweetener you may be manufacturing) including carbohydrate content,sweetness in relation to sugar, FDA approval status? ordering and pricing information etc.)
Is the sweetener sold in bulk for use in our formulations, or are you selling it as a sweetener only under your label?
Would you please send us samples in an amount sufficient to perform R&D for our purposes? Thank you Georgette Rampone
