We introduce ourselves as Manufacturers & Exporters of Industrial Trolley wheels & Stainless Steel casters, SS Trolleys & spares, having our manufacturing facility in Mumbai, located in the western region of India.
Over the years we have been catering to the Pharmaceutical, Food Processing & allied industries meeting requirements with emphasis on Product durability, aesthetics, loading requirements & prompt deliveries. In brief, we state hereunder the products that come under our scope of manufacturing, being:
Trolley Wheels: in Polyurethane (with inserts being either of PP, Nylon, Aluminium, CI) , Nylon, White UHMW, Rubber, Solid Stainless Steel in sizes ranging from 50mm dia to 250mm dia. These wheels are provided on Bush, Roller Bearings OR ball bearings depending upon the loading & application.
Casters: Fabricated from Stainless Steel (304 & 316 quality steel) , & MS in the medium, heavy & extra heavy duty type, to suit the above type & sizes of wheels, with top fixtures being rectangular / square plates, round plates, round pins (studs) , threaded stems or bolt hole type swivel & fixed casters. We also provide Foot Pedal Brake attachments as an optional fixture on request.
Customized castors as per operational needs, mounting specifications & loading requirements are our specialty.
Lately we have introduced Light duty & Medium duty Pressed metal casters for the hospital industry, being in the institutional caster category range.
Machine Mounts: available with threaded stem of M10, M12, M16, M20 & M24 with base of Elastomer in size 80mm, 120mm, 160mm, 185mm & 228mm dia, for loading capacities ranging from 300 kgs to 1200 kgs per mount.
Stainless Steel products: such as Scoops, Ladles, Bins, Containers, Pallets, Drums, Chairs, Stools, Platform Trolleys, Utility trolleys, work tables, racks, trays, tray trolleys etc in standard & customized sizes.
