Taldom Tannery

The Taldom Tannery was constructed in 2000 and put into operation in 2001, so the factory is one of the youngest in its sector. State-of-the-art technologies were used in the design and construction, of which many are still unique. As a result, the factory features a comprehensive infrastructure, an efficient layout of all sections of the production process, modern equipment, and advanced technologies and it has about 120 emploees.The chief technologist at our factory is Mr. Francesco Pizzimenti (Italy).Our tannery offers a wide range of leather products to the customers and it is constantly increasing production volumes of crust leather.Our crust is in demand both in the domestic market and abroad. Between our partners there are such companies as Pegaso, Ferrari (Italy), Ribacouro (Portugal), Sibtan (China) and others.The leather crust for shoe uppers is the best-selling product and most popular with our foreign partners.Currently we produce 2 article of the crust, it is made from the cattle hides by half hides, their average size is of about 1.8-2.0 m2.We offer also the crust belts (chrome tanning) in the thickness of 3.0-3.5 mm.There is possible to produce crust in any color according to customer sample with a minimum quantity for the color/thickness 500-600 m2.We would like to make a point that our factory aims to expand its product range. At the moment we purchased grinding and coating lines. So, in the nearest future we will be able to offer to our customers further varieties of products manufactured by us.
