Hello and WELCOME to Sugeng Oki Rama. We have been in business for over 20 years and have discovered this site a few weeks back for the world to see! Everything that comes in our store goes online, so what you see in our auctions is what we have available. Please read the description. Because we are a PAWN SHOP, most of our items are used / pre-owned. . . . And therefore are probably not perfect, but we do our best to describe them. As for the gaming systems, if they say "Guaranteed", then they are. If they say "AS IS" then they are sold "AS IS" and you will not get a refund and there are no guarantees. Items start out at a buck so please bid accordingly to the description and picture. If we misrepresent an item or it does not work when it's suppose to, we will gladly refund you for your inconvenience once it is returned.
