FORMAL CORPORATE OFFER We, Steel and Metals Export, do hereby declare, with full corporate authority and responsibility that we have ability to supply 500MT as spot shipment and 500MT monthly contractual basis of Scrap Copper and Cathodes. Specification : Scrap Copper Quantity : 500MT as spot shipment. Price : USD 3,900.00 CIF ASWP in accordance with INCOTERMS-2000. Payment : 100% Telegraphic Transfer, minimum 35% of which is by advance. Origin : Philippines Port of Loading : Manila South Port PROCEDURE: a) Buyer issues Irrevocable Confirmed Purchase Order with Bank Guarantee Letter attached to the letter attested by Bank Branch Manager. b) Seller issues a contract to the Buyer by e-mail for acceptance and signature. Buyer signs and returns the signed contract (face-to-face) to the Seller here in Philippines. c) After agreed and signed contract, buyer pays minimum 35% of total delivery per month for (for contractual 1-year delivery agreement) and minimum 35% of total contract (for 1-time delivery) amount thru T/T. Seller provide proof of product (POP). d) Seller and Buyer to visit the Loading Port. e) Buyer pays the remaining balance after loading. Shipping commences immediately after loading. Arnold A.
