SInce Soyang Precision Corporation is established on April, 1994, we have been refurbishing and manufacturing pelletizer die plates, knives including the related various parts.

Pelletizer production

We manufacture and repair all type of pelletizer die plates from the small size of 120mm in diameter to the large size of 1,250mm in diameter. All plates are produced by using high quality stainless steel or other quality steel specified by the customers. The pellet plate brazed with TiC alloy has been developed and offers condiserable advantanges compared to WC hardfacing.

- Lower heat conductivity
- Thermal expansion is closer to the expansion of the steel body.
- Higher corrosion resistance

The die plates are used to pelletize LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE, PP, Master batch and other composite polymer. Once the original hardfacing of the  customer's die plate is worn out, the die body can be reused by replacing a new hardfacing at the competitive price.  The repaired condition is just like the new plate. We also offer quick , dependable repairs to clean and grind die plates that are using in good condition.

The surface of die plates are harened with one of ways as below;
1. Tungsten Carbide(WC) Tiles
2. Titanium Carbide(Tic) Plates
3. Tunsten Cabide(WC) Cylinder Bins, inlayed into the cutting surface of the die plates
4. Titanium Cabide(Tic) Cylinder Nibs, inlayed into the cutting surface of the die plates
5. Tunsten carbide(WC) Segments.

Knife production
In addition to the die plate we manufacture all types of granulating knives for pelletizing machines used in the plastic and rubber industry.

The following materials are used for manufacturing knives.
1. High speed steel with high carbide contents through hardened max. 62HRC
2. Stainless steel with high portions of chromium and carbon with hardness of max. 60HRC.
3. Ferrontitan it brazed composite knives for pellerizing PP and abrasive polymer
