We are oil brokers from Nigeria. We came across your contact during our research for prospective crude oil buyers.One of our agents in Nigeria gave us your contact, Fortunately, we know of an existing allocation of 24million barrels at the moment from the Nigerian national petroleum corp (N.N.P.C)/ Shell petroleum joint venture. Two million barrel out of the 24 million barrel have been program for lifting on  C.I.F while the remaining 22million barrel can be negotiated  for C.I.F, F.O.B or transshipment.
There is another 80 million barrel from N.N.P.C which will last from May-Dec 2008. As at this moment the sellers have not sold upto 22 million barrel from the bulk,  this means you can lift directly from N.N.P.C jetty.We also have infomation for direct trashipment of the execes product from the Opec allocation to nigeria for direct transhipment. In this case buyer have to provide vessell to lome traingle free water,where buyer mother vesell can be loaded by seller small capacity vesell.However, price on this will be negocieted before transhipment procceds as the could be below the OPEC price.
