Sigma Biologics, Inc.(SBI) is engaged in the business of development of various biotech products from its cell-differentiation technology and proprietary human cell-line/s. Strategic alliance with research institutes, academia and biotech as well as pharmaceutical companies is considered essential for achieving commercialization of early stage products and observations emanating from our technology. SBI acquired exclusive and irrevocable licensing rights and title to the anti-tumor product, producing cell-line and other cell-lines as well as all products of the cell-lines from the parent company. From the development of the basic technology, discovery of the product, production, purification and anti-tumor as well as toxicity studies in animal experiments, about five million dollars were spent by the parent company.
