E-KAM Company (Shenzhen E-KAM Telecommunications Equipment Co., Ltd.), established in 2005, is a Hi-tech private enterprise founded by many of senior embedded system developers and Institute Of Telecommunication Technology Shenzhen University (ITTSU). ITTSU started to develop network surveillance system as early as 2002, who is one of the pioneers started to develop network surveillance system in China.
