As one of leading Chinese stamping dies manufacturer with ISO9001-2000 quality management system certification, Shenzhen Changdong Stamping Dies Co.; Ltd focuses on the designing and making of various stamping dies, for instance progressive die, transfer die, drawing die, etc. Most of the tooling are widely used for producing automotive parts--Car Bumper, Car Chassis Parts ,as well as for some home appliance- TV Back Cover ,etc.
Changdong is well-equipped with 6 WEDMs, 2 CNCs, 3 Millers, 5 Grinders, 3 meters long CNC are being purchased .Time passing by, Changdong has gradually Presses(45T, 250T and 400T), 2D projector and CMM. The new 800T Press and 4M CNC are being ordered. Time passing by, Changdong has gradually developed into a team with 80 staffs. Among them there are 10 senior design engineers who are proficient at all kind of software for dies simulation and design.
90% of our stamping tools are directly exported to UK, Hungary, USA, Russia, etc. Every year, Changdong has a cheerful productivity of nearly 300 sets tools (about 3 meters or 400T)with high quality.
