YiXin was founded in 1989 with the original name of Market Aquaculture Company, and re-registered as BeiJing YiXin Company in 1994 with the fish-shaped brand. Its subsidiaries Rushan Eastern Asian Company was formulated in 1999, Shanghai Yixin Company was registered in 2003 and Hainan Oriental Yixin was registered in 2007.
