The implementation of product standards and technical parameters
This series of products is based on theAQ1033-2007"Safety inspection Specifications that coal mine using JK-type hoist ", JB/T7888.1-1999 "JK-type mine winder" 竊�Coal Mine Safety Regulations" (2006 edition), Q/XTDOO4- 2008 and the existing standards related to design and manufacture of mining machinery. This series of products are mainly used to lifting materials in coal mine, metal mine and nonmetal mine, and also do other auxiliary transport and construction purposes.
   Mine winder should be installed in the place where air humidity 0 ~40째C relative humidity of not more than 85%,and altitude of no more than 1000 meters. Room should prevent liquid intrusion electrical appliance, non-violent vibration, bumps, non-corrosive gas environments.

The main structure and working principle
This product is composed of the power system, transmission system, work systems, control systems, direct protection systems and other instructions. It use the electric motor as power source, the reducer and the spindle device constitutes a highly efficient transmission of this product. Hydraulic station , brake unit constitutes a reliable braking system. Depth indicators formed the perfect indication and protection system. All of the above systems together, so that Spindle reel can be retractable in order to lift materials equipments and personnel.


Spindle device
Spindle device is composed of fixed reel, spindle, main spindle bearing , wheel hub.  Main bearing is used for main spindle bearing support and winding drum support. Spindle with roller bearings to the heart, Support wheel and spindle for the interference fit, Reel radial plate and Support wheel connect by High-strength fitting bolt ( Bolt through the flaw detection detect).
