Our 130,000 square meter facility has the capability to manufacture various steel, iron, aluminum or copper parts in the industries of aviation, aerospace, vessel, army, railway, automobile, motorcycle, mining and so on, specializing in machining all kinds of long shaft, bar, rod, roller, oil cylinder, valve, piston rod, wheel hub, sleeve, ball stud, thrust runner collar etc. The roughness of our finished parts is usually better than Ra0.4, up to better than Ra0.05. And the fatigue life or strength of our finished parts after our special machining will be increased by tens of times than before machining. And the other performances including appearance hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, deformation resistance, and grain refining are all improved at the same time.
