Nevertheless, to enhance somatic sensation through sports in our growth period is indispensable in order to develop our thoght and emotion. Not only a healthy condition, but also keeping a good balance between the body and soul are very important for leading the full and long life. Therefore, we should reconsider the importance of exercise and sports in modern society.
