Company Introduction

Our Company was established in 2005 for the purpose of manufacturing high quality raw egg noodles. The founder of the Company is Mr Tai Kin Kau, Anthony who entered into the noodle manufacturing business since 1985 and has accumulated 27 years experience in making raw noodles for supply to numerous well known restaurants all throughout Hong Kong. Anthony prime objective is the supply of raw noodles of the best quality for the customers.

Our Company uses the best flour supplied from Canada and Australia. After numerous tests and many years of experience a quality raw egg noodle of smooth texture bouncing to the teeth was finally achieved. Anthony noodle has a good reputation and a substantial market share in Hong Kong raw noodle business. Noodle manufacturers from Australia and Phillipines have come a long way to Hong Kong to learn from the experience of our company in order to improve their techniques in make quality noodles.
