We are well versed with various international codes and standards ranging from ASME, ANSI, API, NACE, BS, DIN, TEMA, ISO, IS to name a few.PVElite, Codecalc for Mechanical design of static equipment, HTRI for thermal design of Heat Exchangers, ANSYS for FEA (finite element analysis) and STADDPro for Structural design  are the software tools that we are proficient in.We have experience in a variety of equipment like ?Pressure Vessels, Columns, Reactors, Storage Tanks, Horton Spheres, Bullets,Heat Exchangers and Unfired Boilers,Miscellaneous equipment - Ejectors, Desuperheaters, Filters, Coalescers, Agitators etc. We are engaged in following activities: Preparation of Material Requisition (MR) including Mechanical Datasheets (MDS) for all fabricated Equipment (Carry out only basic design to establish minimum thickness & civil loading data).Preparation of Design Drawings for all Fabricated Equipment (Carry out detail design of all vessels).Review of Vendor Drawings and Calculations.
