Our company OZDEMIRLER steel and grey casting company INC. was established in Konya / Turkey at the begining of 1970. We have melting capacity 6000 kg and also have continuous resin bonded sand mixer that 20 tons/hour capacity and the company have been involved in casting, heat treatment and machining in the casting industry for over 40 years.OZDEMIRLER Steel Casting and Trade Inc is one of leading supplier with it's knowledge and understanding of materials and machining. Thanks to it's experiences and development in research make the necessary ability to take an idea from 2-D technical drawing, through 3-D product design and ultimately into full production. OZDEMIRLER Steel Casting and Trade Inc is the manufacurer of a range of unique, high quality castings for use in Cement, Marine, Mining, Crushing, Quarry, Chemistry, Construction, Energy, Food, Iron and Steel, Machinery and Paper Industries.
OZDEMIRLER Steel Casting and Trade Inc is involved in manufacture of Plain Carbon, Low and High Alloy, High Manganese ( Hadfield ), Heat Resistant, Corrosion Resistant ( Stainless ), Impact Resistant, Wear Resistant Steel Castings and High Alloy White Cast Irons, Gray Cast Irons for these industries.
The parts which will be casted firstly are performed by SOLIDWORKS Solid Model and NOVACAST simulation programme.After detecting hot points and shrinkage areas ,it is obtained to faultless casting in the first stage. Furthermore Chemical analysis of all casts are controlled via 18 elements SPECTROMETER for obtaining desired values. Also Other process and machining are made with the latest technology machines.
