Reagent reservoirs for multichannel pipettes.
Wash bottle or microwell washing system.
Distilled or deionized water.
One liter graduated cylinder.
Serological pipettes.
Disposable pipette tips.
Laboratory timer to monitor incubation steps.
Disposal basin and disinfectant. (example: 10% household bleach, 0.5% sodium hypochlorite.)
