Our farmers started to apply organic fertilizer to their peanut-crops in 2002 and organic peanuts have grown since 2003. We applied for the Organic Peanuts Certificate from China in May 2004 and received the Organic Peanuts Certificate from the Government of China on November 23, 2006. During the period from December 6, 2005 to October 18, 2006, our organic peanuts were inspected for six times by a group of specialists from local and capital authorities of China. The following is the procedure of inspection: 1. From December 6-8, 2005 (The previous year of peanuts planting) 2. From March 5-6, 2006 (Peanuts preparation season for planting) 3. From April 28-29, 2006 (Peanuts planting season) 4. From July 26-27, 2006 (Peanuts growing season) 5. From September 10-12, 2006 (Peanuts harvesting season) 6. From October 16-18, 2006 (Peanuts processing period) Our quality control officers visit each peanut field to obtain samples for testing during the peanuts growing season every year. Aflatoxin is tested for three times for our each export: Two times are tested in the peanuts factory and once tested before get THE 3 Certificates from the Government of China for each exporting peanuts . All the leaders , officers , workers much pass the health examinations by Epidemic prevention Department of local Government ( examination : blood , Lung , stool , heart ) and much pass the training course of food hygienic knowledge to study for 3 days at the Epidemic prevention department of Government to get the Working Certificate with photo .
