Flexible Integration Business
Nova Energy Inc. has adopted a flexible vertical integration business model. While we are developing our own value chain operation from ingot&＃8211;wafer-cell-module, we continue to secure part of our material through long-term supply contracts with well established partners around the globe. We believe this strategy will allow us the flexibility to respond to spikes in the short-run demand and enable us to work towards a lower manufacturing cost base in the long-term.
