??orth America Investment Trading Company LTD. (NATCO) was established under the law of Socialist Republic of Vietnam and under the decision of its mother company Development of Overseas Trade, Inc. (DOST) which was established under the laws of the State of California on November 9, 2000 in the city of Monterey Park, California.
NATCO mainly engages in the commercial vehicles, heavy machinery, agricultural vehicles, farm input materials and mining products, research market trends and to develop contacts, direct marketing, solicit and execute sales contract and to establish market share strategies, to export and import goods between the United States, Vietnam and China, as well as to conduct product research, direct Import / export, strategic planning and coordination with Companies in Vietnam, China to scout for locations for its planned products sales / warehouse facility in Vietnam.
NATCO also has customs bonded warehouse with 10, 000 M2 in Haiphong-the main port of North Vietnam and 40 trucks for transportation locally of which will help NATCO reduces cost in logistic.
During development, NATCO also does logistic, those include:
- Transportation for both Chinese and Vietnamese company.
- Service for Transit commodity.
- Temporary import commodity from China to Vietnam and re-export to 3rd countries.
- Temporary import commodity from 3rd countries to Vietnam and re-export to China.

In 2009 NATCO has build the new wood pellet factory located in Haiphong city, Vietnam which can produce 12,000MT per year and will increase the capacity to 100.000MTS yearly.
