Ningbo Mingsing Optical R&D Co., Ltd. develops from Ningbo Second Light Industrial Research & Designing Institute, which was established in 1976 and changed into a limited liability company in 2006. We specialize in developing, producing and selling optical instruments and equipment. For ten years of rapid development, we have developed into one of the leading manufacturers and R&D organizations of optical measuring instruments in China.

We develop and produce series of optical measuring instruments, such as LE-5/LE-8 Auto Lens Edgers, TL-6000 Auto Lensmeters, CV-7000 Computerized Vision Testers, RM-9000 Auto Refractometers and others. These products are popular in the domestic market because of better quality and lower price, high practicability and reliability and excellent after-sales service. Some of them are even exported to clients in Europe, Southeast Asia, the Mid East and America.

In September of 1997, we developed China's first set of Auto Lens Edger LE-5, which was classified as "State-Level New Product" by the State Economic and Trade Commission in 1999.

We developed Auto Lensmeter TL-6000 - the first set in China on Jan. 28, 2002. This achievement has filled in gaps in Auto Lensmeter Field.

We developed CV-7000 Computerized Vision Tester - the first set in China in Sep. 2006.

We introduced RM-9000 Auto refractometers in Sep. 2009, highly praised by users in the market.
