National Coating Corp. is a ISO 9001:2008 certified water/solvent-based coating & converting contractor. Coating can be done on foam, carbon fabric, Kraft paper, gasket materials, friction media, non-wovens (wet & air laid), film substrates, woven glass/cloth, glass mat, cotton & paper.
Capabilities include knife/gap coating, dip & squeeze saturation, meyer rod coating and tenter/stenter frame.
Quality process control include multi-zone ovens with temperature/airflow control, tension control, speed control, weight in-line scanning and in-line thickness measurement.
