Official procedures, terms, and conditions (NON-NEGOTIABLE):In order to pursue further and proceed in the business deal, and to prove The Authenticity of any purchase order for me, below documents MUST be received as a first stage of committed and credible business:1) An official/formal and sealed/stamped letter of interest referred to Mr. Tamer Mady clarifying the following :-- Company profile (registration Number, Taxation code/number), Guarantor bank details & contacts (in an official letter of guarantee from the bank).- For the Crude Source: An ownership of a white listed Refinery (refinery, registered a quota based on your refining capacity, OPEC limits etc.), including the specific details and requirement shipment per month/year to be supplied to you.- For the Derivatives; the specific details and requirement shipment per month/year to be supplied to you.- Your ability for transporting by yourself, or we will transport the crude source adding transportation fees to the quotation.2) A formal contract between you and me (NCNDA/ "ICC Model Occasional Intermediary Contract (non-circumvention and non disclosure agreement)", publication 619), and a commission contract also.Your FORMAL LOI which is referred to me, will be named/tagged by the SCO file name; as to contact the right seller regarding your received files.Looking forward to have your positive update; as to start some real and constructive promising business together.Regards,TMhttp://eg.linkedin.com/in/tamermady www.tamermady.netai.net 00201207871111002010
