Introduction Technora


It specially developed aramid yarn for rope purpose.
It has excellent physical properties, such as high strength, low stretch, lower creep under sustaining tension than HMWPE.

Better chemical resistance than most other fibers, and high temperature resistance allows to use under working temperature up to 180??
Because of good fatigue resistance, it is also recommended to use  over sheave or flexing application.
Technora is one of the newest and highest strength available.
Technora has more strength pound for pound than steel.
Thanks to its far higher heat resistance compared to other fiber such as HMWPE, It shows outstanding performance under high temperature condition at work
Many of rope makers carry critical temperature on their literatures, Technora 200??   AND hmwpe 65??
In addition to that, a rope itself working on a sheave or pully generates heat far higher than we can imagine.
It can reach 70~80??easily
Under such circumstance, HMWPE can start to weaken rapidly.
So heat resistance is also one of very important factors to take into consideration.
When Technora is even laid under 200??for 48hours, it retains 90 % of its strength
