Mert Socks is a socks production company equipped with full elec tronic Italian knitting machines. Our machines range from 84 needles to 200 needles double and single cylinder.We have two production facilities. One is in Istanbul/Turkey and the other one in Tashkent/Uzbekistan. In total we have 166 ma chines with a total capacity of 900,000 pairs monthly. Our facility is a fully integrated system starting from raw material processing, cotton yarn production, cotton and polyamide yarn dying, air covering, double covering, and finally end-up with qual ity socks manufacturing. In order to serve our customers better and increase the quality of production, we are equipped with the following: Needle detector, Lavatec, Helliot, Rosso&Sotco toe linking machines, Texcolour piece dying, James H. Heal and Crockmaster made laboratory equipment. We produce sports, dress, kids stockings, ankle, and compression therapy socks. Our products are suitable for infants, kids, men and women. Our designer team is able to prepare tags and socks designs for your requirements. We produce mainly for Europe, US, Canada, Russia, and Turkey. Please contact me for further information.
