I am writing to let you know that my seller definitely has an ample supply of Used Rails and HMS 1& 2 to fill all of the orders that you presently have for us. We have approximately 10 million metric tonnes of scrap metal between our yards in USA, Romania and Australia as of today's date. You will have to let us know in your Letter Of Intent (LOI) where they intent material from.
Our seller who happens to be one of the top five scrap metal sellers worldwide is a legitimate seller. He is not a reseller.  As a matter of fact, when a buyer is approved for a yearly contract their entire yearly supply is set aside in the yard for the duration of the yearly contract, this way the seller doesn't run out of stock. That is one reason that the seller insists on receiving a BCL from the Buyer and not an ICPO. The BCL proves to the seller that the buyer has adequate funds to purchase this quantity of scrap metal and their bank vouches for them.
We get at least ten requests per week requesting documents as proof of available supply. Our seller does such a huge volume of business that there is no need for him to invest the time and energy to prove to potential buyers that he has adequate stock. Until a contract is signed, he will not invite anyone for a yard visit either. He doesn't have the time to entertain several potential buyers a week who don't have the strong financials to become approved buyers. That is why I tell potential buyers that they cannot believe sanitized SGS, Bill of Ladings or Photographs of supply. With a computer anyone can assemble an entire portfolio of documents those are fake. A real seller will not bother supplying these documents. He doesn't have to.
