Maruei Gloves' Profile

Established in 1953 and incorporated in 1961, Maruei Gloves is based in the heart of the Japanese glove manufacturing industry, Shirotori town (now Higashikagawa city).

Our company is currently focusing on the production of knit gloves, but we have also started to produce jersey slippers using nylon produced by Toray.

This product proved to be extremely popular and achieved rapid growth. It became one of our top three products.

We were not content with just this and so tackled the production of the more difficult Japanese socks. We are currently manufacturing stretchy Japanese socks.

In addition, we also devoted much effort to research and development and were able to develop non-slip slippers for use in manufacturing. We have been granted patents and have garnered attention from across the logistics industry.
