As a Marine Surveyor with 40 years of field experience, I bring to the job, vast experience from the ship owners point of view as well as underwriters, shippers and consignee issues. I provide Marine Warranty Surveys, which provides independent third party review and approval of the planning; design and execution of high value / high risk marine construction and transportation operations. The many years experience in cargo damage survey work provides a well rounded background on damage mitigation. My experience includes inspection of cargoes of both seagoing vessels as well as all forms of transport (Air, Truck and barge) I have spent years advising on cargo handling, stowage, loading and securing procedures, capacities, and stability factors to ascertain cargo capabilities according to design and cargo regulations. Over the years I have worked with crews on techniques of stowing dangerous and heavy cargoes. Handled major oil pollution incidents and major casualtiy investigations.
