About Our Company

we have been able to engage in different areas of oil and energy trading, also in the electronic security industry. In the past years we have also been involved in the export and trading of other resources throughout Latin America. At this time we are focusing our efforts in three areas that are of high interest:

Energy and oil refined products such as Gas oil, Diesel, lubricating oils, and jet fuel.



Electronic security, surveillance equipment, consulting, systems integration. Security cameras, photocells, high technology high impact Security Networks , x rays, scanners, etc.

Mobile phone and communications security, identification systems, health records security and encryption.









Our Partner Jose Semidey, spent all last year in Central America, meeting with the local government officials, and members of the private sector that are trying to have a coordinated effort for the identifcation of business oportunities.


There are four Partners in our company, each brings a very different set of skills, experience and contacts. Jose Semidey and Elmer Arias are very much involved in the government contacts. Rafael E. Semidey, in the negotiating and dealing with our trading partners, and Jorge Medina our security, and high technology expert.
Some of our partners are already doing business through their own companies with the United States Government, Department of Justice, etc.
