Lumida Electronic Components Co., Ltd. was established in the 80?s. In 1994, the three separate companies: Merlin Gerin, Square D and Telemecanique merged. Leveraging the unique synergy of our three leading global brands, we are steering towards a new market oriented approach to satisfy customers? needs and continuously exceed their expectations. In 2003, Lumida Electronic Components Co., Ltd. acquired Clipsal and TAC, resulting in a broad and integrated business portfolio.

In Hong Kong, we work closely with customers and our partners: Contractors, Distributors, End users, Brands product, Panel builders and Power utilities to create a winning alliance.  Besides, in order to better serve the world market, we set up a branch office worldwide and established a distributor network there in 2004.
