ShenZhen KuaiHong Industry Co., Ltd was established in Shenzhen in 1997 with an investment of 20 million Hong Kong dollars. After over 10 years continuous development, it has become a famous OEM in South China for plastic injection mold tooling, molding field. It now has about 300 staff, including 50 skilled engineers and expanded its factory coverage to 10, 000㎡. Our business range mainly consists of 2 fields as below: 1. Plastic injection mold tooling : We are specialized in designing and manufacturing mid and large sized injection mold for automotive and home appliance industries. In addition, we are also experienced in the designing and manufacture of BI injection mold, stack mold, over mold, Gas-assist mould, prototype. The size of the largest mold that we can make reaches 2m*1.8m which weights about 18 tons. Our advanced equipments including 9 CNC, 9 EDM, 5 wire cut machines , 13 grinding machines and also 1 machine for mold fitting. We are capable of making 50-70 sets per month depending on the size and complexity. 2. Plastic injection molding : We have equipped with injection machines which is imported from Taiwan.17 sets injection machines scoping from 80 to 400T. Kuaihong had become an ISO9001:2000 certified company since 2007 , and now we are preparing to apply for TS16949. With a comprehensive quality control system and a determination to the realization of it.
