Jiangsu Shenwang Group Co., Ltd was established in the year of 1976, with a registered capital of RMB 100 million (about USD 16.47 million). It?s located in Suzhou City, which is very close to Shanghai. The group corporation has five subsidiaries, one Sino-German joint venture and three factories. Among these factories, Suzhou factories occupy an area of 125,000 m2, with a  building area of 80,000 m2. In 2012, the group corporation expanded again and invested a new factory ?Powerful (Jiangsu) Industrial Co., Ltd ? in Taizhou City, Jiangsu Province. The new factory will have an investment of RMB 500 million(about USD 82.35 million) in total and covers an area of 200,000 m2, which will have a capacity of 150,000 tons for wire ropes and galvanized wires. �
