EEU(Edge Exposure Unit) is developed to replace UV LED of the existing UV lamp method used at the process of 8" and 12" wafer edge exposure.
Moreover, we have recently developed UV LED EEU which is possibly substituted for UV lamp at display and PCB photo exposure process, which is glass EEU and PCB EEU.
