As follow, please consider this facts: · The supplier is Part of an International conglomerate with net value in the billions of dollars. · The conglomerate, hold supply contracts per month of high grade [64.5 -69%] · The conglomerate includes its own shipping company. All prices are CIF ASWP. · Logistics inside Brazil are handles by MRS, who are one of the largest logistic companies in Brazil with very strong links to the Railroad. · Visits to the loading port are permissible AFTER signing of contract and proving of funds. · We hold POP consisting of SGS report on quality of Ore from the mine, SGS proof of existence of Ore at the Port; Contracts between the mine and supplier; contracts for shipping etc. These are generic and can be viewed in person at a face to face meeting. · Proof of Product for individual contracts follows the Proof of Funds from the Buyer. Prices: Iron Ore Quantity - From 150.000 MTon up to 1.2 MMT per month Port - Sepetiba Price - $165 (Negociable according to quantities) Payment terms - 3 months BG/SBLC for the last three months of contract Procedure: · Buyer presents LOI+BCL [or Soft Probe Authority] or bank-endorsed ICPO; · Seller presents FCO for buyer&＃039;s acceptance and then issues a draft contract; · Seller and Buyer make exchange of electronically executed contract; · OR Buyer and seller arrange a face to face meeting and sign draft contracts and view generic POP. Hard copies send immediately by courier service. · Within 72 hours of receipt of the hard copies of executed contract document from buyer, the Ore Supplier shall present via e-mail a POP in a form of verifiable producer&＃039;s irrevocable declaration of product availability and d
