Company currently has 128 employees, of which over 30% is Professional. Organizations setting: Engineering Technology Department, marketing services, General Management Department, Ministry of finance management, machinery manufacturing and R&D   and other departments, only for engineering technology design has nearly 20 people. Design using computer operations, manufacturing centre with fully equipped tooling facility, forming a company which is collection of scientific research, production and development of mechanical engineering technology.
In recent years, the company has completed dozens of projects, involving pretreatment pressing, extraction, oils refining, low-temperature desolventizing, animal oil refining processing, obtained a number of national patents, the company can undertake installation and debugging of large equipment, such as 2000t/d pre-press, 600t/d refining, 20000t/d soy protein isolate, 300t/d bio-diesel etc.
