The total assets is 160 million yuan. The annual production capacity is 15, 000 tons. The weight of each casting part range from 0.1kg to 10 tons. The company produce casting steel parts with water glass lost wax process and resin sand process. The annual capacity of water glass process is 5000 tons and the resin sand process is 10, 000 tons. The production can achieve different technology requirments. In order to gurantee the quality, the company is equipped with high-class physical and chemical testing equipments such as magnetic particle inspection machine, universal material testing machine, spectrometer, X-ray inspection machine.
