Our customer service centers can provide all types of power plants with maintenance support and overhaul services, including routine maintenance, entire overhauls, as well as minor repair services. For boiler system, including alterations to heating surfaces, high pressure heaters, burners, low temperature (pressure) economizers, and air pre-heaters, as well as conduct denitration (for steel or denitration equipment) or apply primary and secondary sealant.
For turbine system, such as modifications for flow passage, heat supply, capacity, the DEH (digital electro-hydraulic) control system, energy conservation, consumption reduction, and oil system modification.
For turbine-generator, including stators, rotors, end caps, bearings, oil seals, sound proof brush holders, CT neutral points, coolers, wires, excitation systems, hydrogen systems, oil systems, and water systems.
For hydraulic turbines and hydraulic generator units, we can renovate and modify all the systems, such as draft tubes, pit liners, spiral case, seat rings, bottom rings, guide vanes, top covers, control rings, guide bearings, runners, main shafts, main shaft seals, runner ventilators, servomotors, stators, stator cores, rotors, pole coils, upper brackets, lower brackets, thrust bearings, braking systems, neutral points, coolers, fire protection devices, illuminating devices, oil and water pipelines, and excitation systems.
Our customer service center provides spare parts for any type of power plant for our clients. Including routine maintenance spare parts, repair parts, and emergency spare parts. In order to facilitate services to customers around the world, we have set up an India service center, Indonesia service center, Sudan service center, Pakistan service center, and a Hong Kong spare parts center.
