KKQ Perlite Expansion & Vitrification Furnace is invented by our factory director and senior engineer Kong Keqiang in February,in the same year, He obtained patent for this kind of furnace, and it is the first one in the world to be put into industrial production, there are 30 furnaces which have already running for 5 years continually ,they are used to produce closed perlite vitrified microspheres and hollow perlite vitrified microspheres .We use 6 microcomputers to full automatically control technology processes of closed perlite vitrified microspheres such as sand softening, crystal water vapourization instantaneously, size of hollow balling ,shell vitrified for water-proof and shell hardening.
